Please note that the minimum weekend charge is $900.

For all bookings, a total deposit of $900 is required with an upfront payment of $500 at the time of booking. A further $400 is payable four months prior to your stay.

As group holidays cannot be easily organised at short notice, the total deposit ($900) is non refundable in the event of cancellation, unless bookings are cancelled four months or more in advance of the scheduled visit date.
