Please note that the minimum weekend charge is $1100.

For all bookings, a deposit of $500 is payable with the balance payable at the time of stay.

The deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of the scheduled stay. This is due to the fact that group holidays cannot easily be organised at short notice.

Please note that management reserve the right to request a security deposit in certain situations.
