When are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in on day of arrival is 3pm and check-out is 12pm on the day of departure.  These times can be flexible so please ask.

Are pets welcome?
Yes pets are very welcome but you must be able to secure them in the event your group leaves the property.  We do not have a fenced off area.

What about the key - will there be anyone to meet us?
Yes, our caretakers Paul & Lynne will be there to meet you.  If not, one of the family members will be.

Do we need to bring anything apart from food and drink?
Yes, you will need to bring towels.

What are the sleeping arrangements?  Are there any private double rooms?
Yes there is one private double room with 2 other double beds in larger rooms.  Please see the bedroom layout pdf on our website.

When do you require full payment?
Final payment can be made during your stay or beforehand via direct deposit, visa or mastercard.  We also have eftpos.

What do you mean by the minimum charge amount?
For any given group on a weekend, the minimum total amount is $1100 regardless of the number of people staying.  During midweek, our minimum is reduced to $500.
